Red 1 Mite Tryouts

Tryouts are FAST approaching! We had an exciting weekend at Parma Hockey. After the CSHL Playoffs 5 out of 6 teams advanced to the CSHL Finals next weekend. Our teams continue to show tremendous growth and we are proud of their accomplishments on and off the ice. At Parma Hockey we believe in and follow the ADM model. With the ADM, players are always learning important aspects of the game and crucial skills they’ll need to succeed at advancing levels. The small ice-component helps develop a more realistic idea of how the game is played, and quite simply, it’s more fun, because they’re closer to the play and they’re getting more puck touches. Our Red 1 team next season will be a hybrid team that plays a CSHL half ice season combined with AAU Full Ice Tournaments and Scrimmages. This will allow the opportunity to develop these players' age-appropriate skills and love of the game.
